I will establish your website and set up 'hosting' for you. Hosting is provided by a 3rd-party hosting company that registers your URL, and provides access to your website space on their server so we can put your information up on your site. There is a nominal yearly fee charged by the hosting company that you will be responsible for (normally $25/year or less). This will all be done in your name and you will be responsible for renewing with the hosting company. This can be set up to be done yearly, or less often if the hosting company offers it, normally with slightly lower fees for 2-year, 3-year, 5-year renewals (your choice).

This will have to be done at the outset of creating your website and the first year's fee is included in your initial deposit payment to me.

	You will choose the URL (Internet address) for your website (like my "car-drawings.com" URL, for instance). This is limited by any previously created websites with the same name that you initially choose. For instance, if someone else had previously taken “car-drawings.com”, I would have had to choose a different site URL. I will work with you to find an available URL that will be appropriate and acceptable to you.

	You will provide to me any photos you want included on your site, preferably in digital form on CD, camera card, or by email. I will do nominal enhancements to your photos as needed to make them look good on your site. Please refer to "Any incidental/extra time" on the "Prices" page in case you want to send photos for me to scan in for use on your website.

	If you desire, I will insert a "Hit Counter" on your home page, similar to the one at the bottom of the home page of this site. This will let you know how many times people have looked at your new website.

	Upon the completion of your website, I will provide you with a CD containing all of your website files, for your safekeeping. I will also provide written information on your registration with the hosting company. The hosting company will normally notify you via email when it's time for you to renew your website's hosting fee.
